Residential Wellness Manager (RWM)

Jaya is a Senior Residential Wellness Manager with the NUS Health and Wellbeing team under the Office of the President. An accredited social worker with the Singapore Association of Social Workers and a trained Narrative Therapist, she brings extensive experience in supporting youths and adults across acute hospital and community settings prior to joining NUS in 2022.

Passionate about empowering young people, Jaya is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every student feels supported in their well-being and sense of belonging.

Outside of work, she enjoys expressing her creativity through Indian Classical dance and cooking, as well as staying active at the gym.
